While I am in New York, I am really trying to take advantage of the Food Truck scene. Today I tried out Rickshaw Dumpling Truck. I had the Chicken Basil Thai dumplings and the Crispy Salad. I enjoyed my lunch on the grass in Bryant Park. The dumplings were delicious - perfect texture and mix of salty and sweet.
